**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Golf Course Officer to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our golf course, pro shop, and driving range.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support the management team with operational tasks, including overseeing daily activities, managing customer needs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Manage online booking systems, phone bookings, and other administrative duties related to tee times.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and checklists to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Prior retail sales experience, particularly in golf products, is highly desirable.
  • Australian driving license and National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months) are essential requirements.
  • A Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance is also mandatory.
