The site is nestled alongside Perth's Swan River in Bicton with sweeping views and spectacular scenery. This 9-hole golf course is highly regarded for its quality fairways, greens and picturesque landscape, and is only 10 mins from Fremantle. Our facilities include a 9-hole golf course, 18-hole mini golf, pro shop, practice fairway, bar, café and function room.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintains a clean sanitised operation and food safety program
  • Assists with the ordering, holding, preparation and storage of food stock in dry, fresh, refrigerated and frozen spaces
  • Prepares food to standard recipe and portion controls that meet the company standards
  • Ensures wastage of all product and utilities is minimised at all times
