Golf Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the golf driving range, bar, and restaurant during your shift.

The role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can oversee daily operations across the venue, supervise and motivate casual staff, ensure RSA, food safety, and OH&S standards are followed at all times, handle customer queries, feedback, and incident resolution, manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation, coordinate functions and group bookings as required, and maintain cleanliness, atmosphere, and venue presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the golf driving range, bar, and dining areas
  • Supervise, support, and motivate casual staff
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and OH&S standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve incidents
  • Manage opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinate functions and group bookings
  • Maintain venue presentation standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or leisure management roles
  • RSA certification (essential)
  • Unrestricted approved managers (essential)
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Organised, reliable, and hands-on approach
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
