Executive Culinary Director

Anaia pty ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Sanctuary Lakes Resort.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to take charge of our culinary offerings and drive excellence in food preparation and cooking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement menus for brunch, lunch, and dinner, ensuring high-quality dishes and exceptional customer experience.
2. Liaise with function customers to create custom bespoke menus, meeting their unique needs and preferences.
3. Lead the kitchen brigade, teaching and mentoring team members to achieve culinary excellence and consistency.
4. Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and managing equipment.
5. Foster a culture of learning and excellence, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Minimum 4 years' experience in charge of a commercial kitchen, with a proven track record of food preparation and cooking
Ability to lead a team, foster a culture of teamwork, and contribute positively to the team dynamic
'Can-do' attitude, proactive approach to tasks, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Genuine passion for cooking and desire to deliver high-quality food and service to customers
