Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Chef with a minimum of 2 years experience in managing restaurant operations, particularly in high-volume kitchens. This full-time role is ideal for a culinary expert who can oversee daily kitchen activities and maintain high food quality standards.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
- Experience with cooking techniques, including grilling, wok cooking, and seafood preparation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and kitchen equipment
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a commercial cookery certificate or Australian apprenticeship
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes.
