Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to arrange and direct the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process export sea shipments to meet customer expectations and KPIs by efficiently managing logistics operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the Export team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all aspects of the job.
  • Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), customer instructions, and management directives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Accurately enter data into CargoWise One and manage electronic consignment notes (ECNs) & pre-shipment advice (PRAs).

  • Calm under pressure with confidence in managing challenges and prioritizing tasks.
  • Detailed-oriented individual with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong analytical thinker with problem-solving skills to address complex logistical issues.
  • Proficient in CargoWise One, Microsoft Office, and familiar with industry regulations (RACA, IATA, Dangerous Goods).
