Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging the plan of work for our fleet of trucks handling FCL and MT Movements in and around the Port and surrounding suburbs.

This role requires strong communication and planning skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn transport operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan export containers with the fleet to ensure timely delivery
  • Book slots and plan IMPORT collections to drop off at our parks
  • Liaise with drivers and yard supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate with Clients to advise on plans

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a logistics related role
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility
  • Understanding of Import and Export requirements at the port
  • Good understanding of Ports and Empty parks within Port Botany
  • Previous data-entry and administration experience with Excel
