Job Title: Associate Director, Student Residential Services

This is a unique opportunity to shape the residential experience for over 600 students from across Victoria and the globe.

  • Drive strategic planning and oversee capital development
  • Ensure compliance with national standards

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for student wellbeing, and a proven track record in managing complex incidents and residential services.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated management experience and strong leadership skills in a related industry
  • Able to manage critical and complex incidents with strong problem-solving skills
  • A strong passion, understanding, and empathetic approach to the personal and academic needs of tertiary students
  • Proven ability to manage teams to maintain compliance with legislative and accreditation requirements
