Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, a renowned resort holiday destination in Western Australia, is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and contributing to the resort's reputation for excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, ensuring alignment with the resort's culinary vision.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to drive kitchen operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume a la carte restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Hotel/resort experience highly regarded.
