**Project Delivery Lead**

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead large-scale construction projects.

About the Role:

  • As a Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring day-to-day activities in the field, managing information flow, reporting issues arising from progress, quality, and safety.
  • A key part of this role is assisting in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations met on time and with quality.
  • You will also be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
  • The successful candidate will coordinate with client teams, consultant teams, and contractors on snagging activities, including schedules and partner engagement.
  • They will identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
  • This role involves implementing and monitoring key project processes, partnering with clients to make improvements and revisions.
  • You will lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.
  • Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in project managing large-scale construction projects (ideally data centre or pharma).
  • Project management professional certification or seeking one; we can assist.
  • Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
