Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Project Lead to drive the success of high-quality projects across diverse portfolios and client accounts. This role will involve working closely with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes while providing strategic oversight and leadership to project managers and coordinators.

The ideal candidate will possess strong client focus skills, effective verbal and written communication, proven leadership ability, and technical proficiency. Additionally, they should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline, along with at least 7 years of experience in engineering or construction or client-side project management, including 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a project management capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in the selection, contracting, and management of consultants and construction teams.
  • Oversee requisitions, change orders, and project-related invoices, providing advice to senior leadership.
  • Participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports and recommendations to senior management.
