We're now seeking an experienced Agricultural Livestock Specialist to join our team based out of Bendigo, Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a passion for livestock sales and strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional relationships and grow a strong portfolio of new and existing clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new livestock sales opportunities.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key industry partners including exporters and processors.
  • Provide professional onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending appropriate products and services to strengthen their business.
  • Employ tactful negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers together.
  • Maximise promotional opportunities, including assisting at industry and community events.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive relocation package, excellent employment opportunities, and a diverse economy.

About You:
To succeed at Elders Rural, you'll need to be driven by sales and success, have a passion for effecting real change for both your clients and community, and possess strong customer service skills. Auctioneering experience or desire will be supported, and you'll have the opportunity to become licensed after undertaking training offered by Elders.
