Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to service categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent influencing and negotiation skills. They will be able to analyze procurement data and develop a supplier engagement strategy that delivers sustainable procurement practice.

A tertiary level qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contractual Law, Engineering, or relevant area is essential, along with working experience using procurement functions in an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, preferably IFS.

  • IDentify areas of improvement in business practices, supplier engagement, and contract terms.
  • Conduct continuous reviews of suppliers available in the market and market conditions influencing categories.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to identify business needs.
