Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to drive strategic transformation and digital innovation across our enterprise-wide service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

A proven senior leader with extensive experience in operational leadership across water, utilities, infrastructure, or complex regional service environments is essential for this role.

Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a similar field is also required.

Strong record of driving service reform, managing risk, implementing digital innovation, and navigating diverse stakeholder environments is highly desirable.

We manage rural water and groundwater across the southern half of Victoria, from the Great Divide to the coast and from the South Australian border in the west to the NSW border in the east.
