- Key Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and move into different areas of the business, including leadership and specialist roles. With at least 6 months of contact centre experience or 12+ months in customer service or retail, strong communication skills, confidence using multiple systems, and a proactive, customer-first attitude, you are ready to take on this exciting challenge.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of contact centre experience or 12+ months in customer service or retail
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Confidence using multiple systems and managing time effectively
- A proactive, customer-first attitude
After initial training, you will be eligible to transition into a hybrid work model. This means that you will have the flexibility to work from home, provided you have a minimum internet speed of 28.8 Mbps, a dedicated desk and ergonomic chair, and a quiet, private workspace.
