About The Role

Exceptional opportunity for a customer service expert to join our dynamic team as a Medical Receptionist in a casual capacity.

  • Manage all phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Front of house reception and greeting patients upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
  • Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
  • Enter and update patient registration details
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception and waiting area at all times
