Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
The Role
The primary function of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective call handling, order processing and delivery coordination with sales and production teams.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and excellent service. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, we need someone who can adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Answer calls with enthusiasm and resolve queries efficiently.
- Process orders and returns with precision and care.
- Coordinate deliveries with drivers and production teams.
- Maintain high safety, health and environmental standards.
- Raise purchase orders and enter product test data.
- Support site administration tasks and help deliver on sales strategy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and phone manner skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Initiative, resilience and loads of energy.
- Great teamwork and time management skills.
- Expert computer and technical abilities.
- SAP experience is highly desirable.
- Passion for building or construction is an advantage.
