About Quality Assurance Officer roles, we're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that food safety regulations and quality management systems are implemented across all operations through collaboration with production teams.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation on non-conformities and corrective actions required within the quality management system framework.
  • Support the implementation of key food safety requirements and quality outcomes in line with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, investigate HACCP incidents, and respond effectively to customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by monitoring and improving QA processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing corrective and preventative measures as needed.

About You
  • A minimum of experience in value-added or cooked products is essential.
  • A strong background in quality assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment, or relevant internal audit qualifications and HACCP knowledge.
  • Operational experience in a meat processing facility is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and initiative to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
