Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to fill a challenging role in our QA team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior QA Engineer to play a vital hands-on role in ensuring software and hardware products meet high quality and reliability standards.

You will work closely with experienced engineers across QA, software, hardware, and product teams to deliver robust technology that performs in the real world.

  1. Support testing of software features by executing test plans and writing test cases.
  2. Perform manual and regression testing as part of our delivery lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with developers to test user stories, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met.
  4. Participate in reviewing requirements and documentation to ensure test coverage.
  5. Raise, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.
  6. Help prepare test environments and gather relevant test data.
  7. Provide feedback on QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Coordinate with product, development, and QA teams to support timely releases.
  9. Document and maintain testing artefacts including test scripts, results, and issue reports.
  10. Create automated test scripts using tools like Robot Framework or Python.
  11. Perform other QA-related activities as required by the team.

Key Skills

  • Demonstrated interest and foundational experience in software testing and QA principles.
  • Working knowledge of test case design, positive/negative testing, and basic edge cases.
  • Ability to write clear defect reports and communicate technical issues effectively.
  • Exposure to hardware-software integration is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira or test management platforms.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and basic quality metrics.
  • Foundational knowledge in programming languages such as Python.
