Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Prepare regular reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Desirable Qualifications

While not essential, previous experience in not-for-profit and health settings would be highly regarded. Additionally, having a current driver's license and the ability to complete national police checks may be beneficial.
