WesTrac is looking for a skilled **People Systems Specialist** to join our People and Culture team located in South Guildford, WA.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, this role will bring functional and technical expertise to configure, support, and enhance our evolving people systems environment. This role is national and is accountable for the ensuring our BAU people systems are online and operational as well as supporting the implementation of people system projects.

Additionally, this role will partner with the wider People and Culture Team, IS, and other WesTrac roles to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, provide reporting and information as required, and support with system training requirements.

This role requires Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant relevant experience at an HCM level, preferably with experience in **SuccessFactors** in Employee Central and the range of SuccessFactors modules.

**About you**:

- SFX Accreditation in Employee Central, PMGM, and LMS (desirable)
- Previous experience in a similar HR Systems Specialist or Systems Analyst capacity
- Strong business analysis and process modelling techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferably SAP SuccessFactors and PageUp
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, gather and analyse requirements, design, and deploy fit for purpose solutions
- Experience in planning and managing information, communication, and technology-based projects
- Excellent documentation skills with the ability to prepare management reports, process maps and work instructions for users.
- Ability to manage confidential data and people sensitive matters appropriately
- System knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including:

- Role Based Permissions and user management
- Rules
- Workflow
- Admin centre and admin functions
- Integrations
