We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior People and Capability Specialist. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for both strategic and operational people activities.

  • Partner with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and mentoring across all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, organizational culture, remuneration, and benefits.
  • Support growth initiatives and work collaboratively with the broader People and Capability team to achieve business goals.
  • Regularly consult with business stakeholders to identify short and long-term HR support requirements and targeted initiatives.
  • Advise managers and employees on issues related to domestic and international secondments and relocations, flexible work arrangements, and higher duty assignments.
  • Develop and execute HR projects for business-wide initiatives.
