Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team in Hornsby Heights. In this role, you will provide active support aligned with each client's goals and support plans. You will assist with daily personal care tasks, facilitate community access, and build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver active support in accordance with individual plans
  • Assist with daily personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing)
  • Facilitate community access and transport using our vehicles or public transport
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Willingness to work sleepover and active night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Holding a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and being confident driving our vehicles
  • Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient attitude
  • Experience in disability support (preferred)
  • Qualification with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
