Organisational Development Expert for Organisational Excellence

A unique opportunity has arisen to join Workskil Australia Ltd as an Organisational Development Expert for Organisational Excellence. This role will involve collaborating with the business to develop organisational capability through the delivery of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy and new Learning and Development strategy.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Head Office in Melrose Park, SA. You will contribute to the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of the full suite of OD frameworks, initiatives, and programs including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Organisational Development initiatives focused on enhancing organisational capability;
- Build collaborative partnerships with colleagues, business stakeholders, and external suppliers;
- Support effective organisational change through sound project management and change management skills;
- Design and implement leading-practice Diversity and Inclusion strategies and action plans;
- Lead the development of capability for leaders and specialists through learning and development interventions;
- Provide expertise in data analysis, presentation, and report writing to inform organisational decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in developing and implementing Organisational Development initiatives in a national corporate organisation;
- Strong customer focus and ability to build collaborative relationships;
- Sound project management and change management skills;
- Experience in designing and implementing leading-practice Diversity and Inclusion strategies;
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, data analysis, presentation, and report writing skills;
- Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse range of staff and offer authentic allyship;
- Degree in HR, OD, or related field; Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
