Office Administrator/Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled administrative professional to join our team as an Office Administrator/Receptionist. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to our clients and contribute to the success of our organisation.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a friendly and professional demeanor. As the face of the office, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and organised environment for our clients and colleagues.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • You will maintain the office environment, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organised.
  • You will assist with various tasks, including ordering supplies, managing daily and weekly activities, and handling new requests and tasks as they arise.
  • You will also assist with car charging and post office runs, and ensure the office desk area is organised and clean.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to learn new systems
What We Offer:
