**Job Title:** Communications Director

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communications Director to lead our newly formed Experience and Communications team.

This role will oversee the development of internal communications strategies as well as complex customer experience projects on digital channels.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in internal communications, excellent writing skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for developing internal communication strategies and channels to connect our diverse workforce and improve customer experience across our channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our new Communications, Advocacy, and Investment Department and be part of our leadership team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage and inform our employees
  • Lead the development of complex customer experience projects on digital channels
  • Manage a small team of communications professionals and provide guidance and support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
