Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of critical AML/CTF reform initiatives in the financial services sector.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to work on high-impact projects within Financial Crime Surveillance.

The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across transformation and compliance to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised, and delivered.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage complex business analysis activities, including process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.

Experience in financial crime operations services, including Customer Due Diligence, Sanctions, Investigations, or Regulatory Reporting, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of critical AML/CTF reform initiatives
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across transformation and compliance
  • Ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised, and delivered
  • Manage complex business analysis activities, including process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage complex business analysis activities
