Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be undertaking business analysis work to support our Technology Simplification Program. Your primary role will be working across infrastructure and network simplification streams of the program.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in business analysis specifically in infra and network domain.
  • Deep expertise in delivering business analysis for large scale Infrastructure Transformation/Migration programs is required.
  • A strong technical business analysis experience and knowledge in Network and Infrastructure domain is essential.
  • You will be responsible for understanding, gathering, and documenting complex requirements for a variety of systems and domains.
  • Experience working on medium to large scale procurement activities (RFQ, RFT, RFP) is necessary.
  • A good understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies is also required.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders across the Reserve Bank and externally are required.
  • An energetic strategic thinker who has considerable attention to detail is needed.
  • A curious and accountable mindset is essential.
  • IIBA Certified - CBAP (Preferred).
