The Senior Clinician will lead specialist risk assessments, treatment planning, intervention and consultation for complex service users.
- Clinically advise on management, treatment and assessment of high-risk individuals.
- Ensure best practices in working with complex service users in restricted environments.
- Build partnerships to enhance multi-disciplinary approaches and influence decision-making.
- Drive quality assurance, research and policy development to improve practices for managing high-risk service users.
- Lead clinical teams in assessing and managing complex service users.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address individual needs.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced clinician who can provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, treatment planning and intervention.
As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for driving quality improvements and contributing to the development of new policies and procedures. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that services are delivered in a way that meets the needs of complex service users.
Requirements:- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work).
- Extensive experience in clinical practice, particularly in high-risk settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
