Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Staff Development and Operational Efficiency:

    • Oversee staff breaks, clock on/off procedures, and role assignments with precision.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Navigate multiple communication platforms to ensure effective team connectivity.
    • Handle RSA auditors and authorities, maintaining compliance with responsible service of alcohol.
  • Venue Ambiance Expertise:
    • Ensure an atmosphere that exudes fun, cleanliness, and maintenance.
    • Teach perfect customer interactions, making every customer feel valued.
  • Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of various beverages and their ingredients is beneficial.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • RSA certification.
