Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:

Betty's Burgers is a classic burger shack experience, showcasing the freshest and most delicious burgers in town. Our menu also features decadent desserts made from our exclusive custard ice cream.

We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with a knowledge of fast-paced food & beverage operations to step into the role of Regional Operations Manager for our Western Australia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your region of restaurants in line with the company vision through our values and strategic direction.
  • Develop and train leadership teams.
  • Improve performance and systems.
  • Establish KPI metrics for new and existing restaurants by analyzing rosters, par levels, movements, and people guides.
  • Oversee and influence the opening of new restaurants in partnership with our Operations and support teams.
  • Meet and exceed restaurant financial objectives by forecasting business demands, maintaining labor costs, food and wastage expenses, and beverage costs.
  • Recommend cash strategies and cost control measures.

Requirements:

  • Prior operations experience in the hospitality or QSR space is essential.
  • Proven influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L and budgets.
  • Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maximizing profit.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
