Regional Marketing Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts for new customer acquisition across Australia & New Zealand regions.
This pivotal role focuses on driving top-of-the-funnel activities, such as lead generation, content distribution, and regional marketing campaigns, to create new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can execute localized strategies that align with both sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads and new business opportunities for key verticals.
- Regional Marketing Campaigns: Oversee and manage the distribution of tailored content across multiple channels to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with revenue goals and to optimize customer engagement throughout the sales funnel.
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage marketing events, including workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars, to increase brand awareness and build relationships with prospective clients.
- SEO & Regional Market Optimization: Build and refine SEO strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance engagement within specific regional markets.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, lead generation, or account-based marketing, ideally within the Industrial IoT, AI, or manufacturing sectors.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong experience with content distribution, SEO, and lead-generation strategies to build awareness and drive new opportunities.
- Event Management: Experience organizing and executing technical events, such as workshops, roundtables, and industry seminars, to engage prospects and build brand presence.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Comfort with analyzing campaign data, performance metrics, and customer insights to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
