Job Description:

As a skilled therapist, you will provide holistic care to clients with various physical conditions. You will assess symptoms and medical history, develop personalized care plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

This role involves tailoring your therapy sessions to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will also educate and train clients on all aspects of therapy, set goals, and guide them on stretching, strengthening, and improving posture.

Documenting and reporting client progress is crucial for effective care delivery. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute significantly to enhancing client mobility and movement, promoting independence, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess symptoms and medical history, making diagnoses and developing individualized care plans
  • Provide holistic, integrated care to clients, focusing on their unique needs
  • Educate and train clients on all aspects of therapy, including goal setting and postural correction
  • Refer clients to relevant treatments, such as Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology, as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and monitoring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification in Remedial Massage and/or Myotherapy
  • Medibank Private and private health registration
  • Ability to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application
