Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality results from all PhotonAssay units.

Your primary focus will be on managing relationships with direct customers regarding data quality, QAQC procedures, instrument calibration and performance. You will also be responsible for managing liaisons between customers and the Product Performance team, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of new quality processes and procedures that improve PhotonAssay data quality globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or science or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in a laboratory or quality management role.
  • Experience and understanding of mining company requirements for QAQC, report protocols under NI43-101, JORC and others.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of international compliance and standardisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation and manuals.
