This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Content Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our web presence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI design, SEO strategies, and structuring digital content to enhance engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review new pages for accurate placement and adapt features as required for optimal user experience.
  • Provide guidance and advice on UX/UI design, SEO strategies, and structuring digital content.
  • Manage IP administration, including user access and permissions, to maintain security and data integrity.
  • Act as a super-user, assisting others with using the Internet Presence platform, communicating updates and bug fixes, and providing technical support.
  • Escalate and liaise with Information Systems for technical issues and advice, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain existing platforms, and respond to archive requests in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Create, deliver, and update training and support tools, including the Learning Hub to empower users and enhance digital literacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, communications, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital content management, platform administration, and UX/UI design.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, digital communications, and best practices in content structuring.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
