About Us:

The Digital Content Specialist will provide support to the Online Editor and guide the direction of digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and writing original stories for publication
  • Using social media to find and disseminate stories, produce video for digital products
  • Contributing to digital content including writing stories, sub-editing, writing headlines, picture captions, embeds, and videos
  • Providing support to the Online Editor and guiding the news direction

Requirements:

  • A journalism degree or one to two years' experience in the industry
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of initiative
  • A high level of literacy and attention to detail
  • Good interview and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously under pressure

About You:
