As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the online presence of our brands, Nimble and Fair Go Finance. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. Your expertise in video production, graphic design, and copywriting will help us create compelling stories that resonate with our audience.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and manage social channels, plan and publish content, design digital assets, and coordinate campaigns with agencies and internal teams. You will also contribute to the content calendar, ensuring all output is fresh, compliant, and on-brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in social media and digital content creation
  • Excellent video production, graphic design, and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices
  • Ability to film vox-pops and secure consent from participants
