Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert travel management services, including itinerary planning, booking, and trip management.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict service level agreements.
  • Ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment.
