Corporate Entertainment Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment in Sydney. As a Corporate Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements, handling travel requests promptly, and providing personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with corporate clients to understand their travel needs.
  • Handle travel requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize GDS platforms to book flights, hotels, and car rentals.
  • Optimize travel budgets by recommending cost-effective options.
  • Process self-ticketing transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with travel policies.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Provide timely updates on travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of corporate travel experience.
  • Self-ticketing proficiency preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus).
  • Familiarity with online booking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • $65K-$75K salary + incentives + super.
