About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated Corporate Travel Consultant to join our Sydney-based team. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for busy corporate clients, creating seamless, efficient, and personalized travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect & Understand: Interact with corporate clients to understand and anticipate their travel needs
  • Book with Ease: Use GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Budget Smart: Offer cost-effective options without compromising quality
  • Stay Agile: Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and updates with confidence
  • Be the Expert: Advise clients on destinations, routes, and current industry trends

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a corporate travel consultant
  • GDS Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus
  • Exceptional Communication: Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented
  • Customer Focus: A knack for making each interaction feel personal and efficient
