Workday Recruiting Expert

Collaborative solutions are sought after in a Workday recruiting specialist who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex intersystem problems within Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in Workday recruiting product design, configuration, testing, and implementation by guiding clients through transformation phases, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Facilitate design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices and understanding of unique business requirements to drive innovative solutions.
- Take leadership positions on projects, collaborating with integration teams and displaying hands-on expertise in software configuration, payroll management, and benefits administration.
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients and team members informed of progress and adapt scope as needed to meet client objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required for demonstrating functional experience in HRIS, Payroll, or Financials Management.
- Certification in Workday HCM desired to leverage advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and showcase strong communication and presentation skills.
- 2+ years of Workday implementation experience, 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience, and 2-5 years of implementing functional solutions highly desirable.
