As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional service experiences across key retail accounts. A professional with outstanding leadership qualities, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for enhancing service quality through innovative solutions is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team dedicated to delivering superior service experiences in Australia.
  • Effectively translate the company's overall customer service strategy into actionable operational goals and plans for the Key Accounts team.
  • Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, account management, or related operations is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-centric approach, are essential. In-depth understanding of the sporting goods industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.

Job Requirements:

  • Leadership experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service, account management, or related operations is required.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Customer focus: A customer-centric approach is required.
