We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our Financial Services team in creating meaningful and impactful human-centered experiences. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, client partners, and marketing teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in Experience Strategy & Design, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end from problem space to solution concept to build and scale.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing AI propositions and delivering AI-powered products and services, while also guiding executive-level stakeholders in understanding design methods and facilitating workshops to drive consensus and action.

The role requires expertise in one or more crafts within the Experience capability, with a solid understanding of Service Design, Product Design, Design Research, and other core experience practices.

  • Develop thought leadership and advisory services to clients, bringing together market-leading CX transformation services in the context of the Financial Services business and market context.
  • Bring an insightful understanding of our clients' needs and frame how their competitive advantage drives customer and business value.
  • Passionately evangelise for excellence in brand and customer experience and Design, both internally and with clients when addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Engage board and management-level stakeholders in regular dialogue about CX, helping them identify opportunities, see and address challenges, and make choices about their transformation imperative.
  • Nurture and grow client relationships to shape strategies that deliver business value and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage complex client engagements and stakeholder environments and relationships, with confident and articulate communication skills.
