Service Experience Leader

Lead a team of designers to reimagine and create outstanding experiences for our customers. This involves leveraging customer-centric design methodologies and confidently partnering with business leaders to deliver design initiatives that drive tangible business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UX, Service Design or Industry experience, with relevant qualifications in Design, Psychology, Social Science, Entrepreneurship or Business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and implement best practices in Service and Product Design.
  • Coach business leaders on the value of Human Centred Design (HCD).
  • Mentor and develop the Service Design team.
  • Ensure governance and quality of all design projects.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in UX, Service Design or Industry.
  • Relevant degree in Design, Psychology, Social Science, Entrepreneurship or Business.
  • Proven experience in scoping design engagements and managing design partner relationships.
