- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Contact Centre and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless communication and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Substantial work experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong focus on rural customer service.
