About the Role

Elders Rural is seeking an experienced Livestock Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Bendigo, VIC. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing expert livestock sales support and insights to our clients.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with our clients to assess and prepare livestock for market, ensuring they obtain maximum value for their products. You will also be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key industry partners, including exporters and processors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and grow a strong portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Identify and cultivate new livestock sales opportunities
  • Develop and grow relationships with key industry partners
  • Provide professional onsite livestock advice to clients
  • Employ tactful negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers together
  • Maximise promotional opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about effecting real change for your clients and community. You will also need to have a passion for livestock sales and an active interest in safe livestock handling.

We are looking for someone who is driven by sales and success, with a strong ability to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current clients.
