Job Summary:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing staff to ensure adherence to contractual guidelines and operational standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Transition to Work contract, covering Caloundra and Nambour locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate staff meetings and conduct learning & development workshops for staff.
  • Early identification of performance matters and reporting to the Operations Manager.
  • Supervise and support TtW staff to achieve site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Ability to interpret various guidelines and work within frameworks.
  • Passion for helping others.
