Energy Transition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Energy Transition Specialist to join our organization. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering energy solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with our energy operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and implement robust risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Lead efforts to enhance risk outcomes through the implementation of company-wide risk improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to deliver and monitor Risk Plans.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will require a strong background in risk advisory and experience influencing stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or accounting is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of enterprise-wide risk management principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of a risk control environment and identify control gaps.
