As an IT Service Transition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the successful transition of client IT services and solutions into NCS Australia Managed Service operations. This key role ensures NCS Australia is well-positioned to effectively manage and operate services and solutions on behalf of our Managed Services clients.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be proactively engaging, guiding, and leading service transition teams, tracking and managing transition and operational activities and risks, assessing client services and operations, meeting with Managed Services clients, preparing and presenting transition status reports, assisting presales activity, and working with Service Delivery leadership and teams.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar role within managed services
- Strong ITIL experience
- Experience in risk and compliance management.
- Knowledge of production and review of operational and technical materials and documentation.
- Experience in managing and working within and/or alongside technical teams.
- Expertise in IT service management.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and people/team leadership skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification
