Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Energy Transition Specialist to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable energy projects across Australia.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy infrastructure projects. This includes working alongside senior project managers to deliver solar, EV, and battery storage solutions. Additionally, they will assist in coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPORT THE PLANNING, EXECUTION, AND MONITORING OF ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
  • WORK ALONGSIDE SENIOR PROJECT MANAGERS TO DELIVER SOLAR, EV, AND BATTERY STORAGE SOLUTIONS
  • ASSIST IN COORDINATING VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND INTERNAL TEAMS
  • Evaluate and implement effective project management methodologies to enhance project delivery
  • Contribute technical input into product development and innovation initiatives
  • Help manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
  • Previous exposure to project environments in energy, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with a team-first mindset
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies in solar, EV, and storage
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about driving real environmental outcomes
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
